He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Burns; and his parents, Frank Burns and Minta Burns (Rohret). He is survived by: his children, Diane Rogers (Gary) of Iowa City and Frank III (Erin) of Solon; his grandchildren, Ryan Rogers (Holly), Collin Rogers (Sean Easler), Oliver Burns and Violet Burns; his great grandchild Rylee Rogers; his brother Gene Burns of Wisconsin; and his pet Isabel. He is also survived by brother-in-law; sister-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
