He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hagen and Vivian Hagen (Peterson). He is survived by: his brother Donald Hagen (Doris) of Plainfield; and his nieces, Lisa Goewey of Geneva and Dionne Bales of Fishers, Indiana.. He is also survived by nieces, great- nieces and many friends.
