Lentz (Hook) of Iowa City; her sons, Brian Lauthen of Champaign and Shane Lauthen (Sara); her grandchildren, Mya of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, Aria of Cottage Grove, Minnesota and Nolan of Cottage Grove, Minnesota; her sister Faith "Becky" King (Terry) of Ainsworth; David Lentz (Linda) of Omaha, Nebraska..
