With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Allen Maynard (Iowa City, Iowa), born in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 23, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Maynard and Hazel Maynard; his parents-in-law, Charles and Helen Tritle; his brothers-in-law, Robert Hoskins and Stephen Potter; and his nephews, Robert Hoskins Jr. and Thomas Potter.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Tritle; his daughters, Doreen (Doug Jasper) and Susan (Lee Shokes); his grandchildren, Kalyn Jasper, Chris Jasper (Jessica), Adam Shokes, Daniel Shokes and Ryan Shokes; his brother Jim (Mary Lou Maynard); and his sisters-in-law, Frana Potter, Linda Viggers (Ken) and Marvel Van Note (Dean). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
