She is survived by: her stepsons, Diego Medina of Iowa City and Manny Medina of Coralville; her husband Donis Medina; her daughters, Jeserine and Hazel; her mother Joan Hayward; her stepfather Scotty Hayward; and her siblings, Ethan Richeson (Alexa) of Iowa City, Seth Dudley (Monica) of Iowa City, Mose Hayward (Inca) of Barcelona, Megan Dudley of Iowa City, Nesta Hayward (Grace) of Plano, Nate Hayward of Iowa City, Ivy Hayward-Sandhu (Manish) of Dubuque and Libby Hayward (Ben) of Lexington, Kentucky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
