John Steven Gordon Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2023, at the age of 76, John Steven Gordon in Iowa City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donal Gordon (Chuck) and Margaret Gordon; his brothers, Bob Gordon and Don Gordon; his parents-in-law, Francis'Bud' and Neva Donohoe; his sister-in-law Bobbie Jo Donohoe; and his nephews, Patrick Leonard and Clay Donohoe.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Gordon of Iowa City; his children, Mundi McCarty (Sean) of Solon, Ryan Gordon (Kate) of Solon and Megan Laing (Randy) of Solon; his brothers, Dick Gordon (Sheryl) and Gary Gordon; and his siblings-in-law, Brian (Joan), Brent Donohoe (Deb), Myrna Gordon, Kathy Leonard (Terry) and Janelle Born (Don). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
