She was predeceased by: her parents, William Grandrath and Janet Grandrath (Lockwood); her husband Benedict Hofmann; and her brothers, Howard and Jon.
She is survived by: her daughter Laurel Shelley (David); her granddaughter Cassandra; her daughter Heather Sayasit (Monkut); her grandchildren, Scarlett of Cedar Rapids and Dallas of Cedar Rapids; her daughter Heidi Hofmann-Wall (Justin) of Osage Beach, MO; and her sisters, Margee Lea Fulton (Rob) of Santa Maria, CA, Charo Gerhardt, Nina Koenig and Vladka Kartouskova. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
