Julianne Pirtle Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julianne Pirtle (Iowa City, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 17, 2025 at the age of 102. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Julianne Pirtle to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Elmo and Laura Pinet (Paton); her husband Eugene Claude Pirtle; her children, Victor and Margaret; her grandchildren, Mike, Jeff Pilkington and Kaitlyn Pirtle; and her daughter-in-law Dianne Levy.

She is survived by: her children, Edyie Stika (Bob) of Iowa City, David Pirtle (Cynthia Jorstad) and James Pirtle (Gayle); her grandchildren, Rebecca Levy-Pirtle (Ben), Sarah La Tour, Samantha La Tour, Rowan Pirtle (Cassie) and Graham Pirtle; her great grandchildren, Sam, Gabe, Winter and Lily; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Barton.
