With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laurine Mae Fischer (Iowa City, Iowa), who passed away on April 29, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Wieneke and Christine Wieneke (Wesley); her husband William E. "Bud" Fischer; her stepmother Alice Wieneke; her siblings, Richard Wieneke and Genevieve Masters; and her stepsister Betty Sedlacek.
She is survived by: her sister Darlene Mottet of Iowa City; her stepsisters, Marilyn Jensen and Pat Pirkl; her goddaughter Kelly Royston; and her sibling's children, Mark Mottet (Heidi), Steve Wieneke (Brenda), Scott Wieneke (Nanci), Jeanie Young, Susan Code (Andy), Linda Mottet (Dwight), Rene Moore (Brian), Julie Mazursky (Jon) and Lisa Harney.
