With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Riggan of Iowa City, Iowa, who passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Spenler and Mary Ellen Spenler (Askea); her husband Lyle W. Riggan of Lone Tree; her son-in-law Rolando Rocha; and her brothers, Vernon Spenler, Robert Spenler and Thomas Spenler.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Riggan-Sexton (Jake Zahradnek) of Kalona, Bonnie Riggan (Tim Harapat) of Iowa City, Matthew Riggan (Tina) of Tiffin and Meggan Riggan-Rocha of West Branch; and her grandchildren, Gabriel Riggan, Isabella, Garrett Sexton, Dyllon, Braydon McIntosh, Ryann, Claire, Grant and Tate Riggan.
