He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Tinkle and Mildred Tinkle (Burkett); and his brothers, Frank and Gary Tinkle Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Toni; his children, Freedom (Brian Burkett) and Justin Tinkle; and his sister Linda Healy (Ray).
