She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Brannian and Eva Lucille Fraser Brannian; her husband Dr. Henry Raymond Light, Jr.; her son John; and her sister Ruth Scroggs.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan; her grandson John; her daughters, Sara Pearson (Tim) of Urbandale and Susie Chingren (Al) of Lenexa, KS; her grandsons, Matthew, Jonathan (Anne), Scott Pearson (Megan), Christopher (Abbey) and Adam Chingren (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Landon, Stella, Hayes, Brooks Pearson and Phoebe Chingren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to UnityPoint Grinnell Regional Medical Center, St. Francis Manor, or Grinnell United Methodist Church.
