He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Blazek (Alice) of Cedar Rapids, Bob of Lawler and Jane of Madison; and his siblings' children, Colleen Lowe (Jeff) of Cedar Rapids, Brian Blazek of Barcelona and Amy Davis of Cincinnati, Ohio..
Dick was an artist, published author, graphic designer at the University of Iowa Foundation for over 30 years, and a long-time Iowa City resident.
