She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Gustafson and Emma Gustafson (Lippincott); and her half-sister Carol Gustafson Day. She is survived by : her daughter Aliyah Gustafson; her close friend Jessie Garcia; her sister Karen Gustafson (Lydiaque Hounkpatin); her nieces and nephews, Gustavus, Gabriela, Gilmara, Gisela of Andrade and Michelle Trevisan; and her pets, Mimi and Mia. She is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Always and Furever Midwest Animal Sanctuary, or Planned Parenthood.
