He is survived by: his mother Judy Johnston (Hills); his former wife Tami Poggenpohl; his sons, Joe, Jim and Justin; his stepmother Amanda Potterfield; his siblings, Tyler (Angie), Tim, Tricia Lacey (John) and Harris Johnston; and his grandchildren, Michael, Kaitlyn, Gage and George.
