He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Terry and Charles Terry; his brothers, Leonard and Christopher; and his former wife Debbie Meyers.
He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Rice; his children, Maggie, Liam, Lila and Rosie; his pets, Teddy and Oliver; and his siblings, Charles (Joyce), Bob (Barbara), James (Cindy), Gerard, Kevin (Theresa), Michael (Madonna), Brian, Donna Salem (Azzam) and Edmund. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren.
