With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brent Peters of Iowa Falls, Iowa, born in Swaledale, Iowa, who passed away on September 11, 2022 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Brent Peters to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Lois Peters (Thomas) and Ray Peters; his siblings, Barbara Montgomery, Lynn Peters (Kay) and Paul Peters (Sheri); his brother-in-law Jay Montgomery; and his nephew Larry Easter. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Donations to this scholarship were from friends, former students and others and will be given to two high school students per year and for future years to come.
