She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Ingalls and Carrie Ingalls (Diekevers); her grandson Burkley Shane; her former husbands, Robert Shane and Harold Wilson; and her stepmother Irene Ingalls.
She is survived by: her husband Don Nieuwendorp of Sioux City, Iowa; and her children, Steven R. Shane (Kim) of Iowa Falls, Terry L. Shane of Iowa Falls, Judith R. Hanson (Dennis) of Alden, Carol R. Shane (Walter Mahaney) of Merit Island and Regina R. Shane of Cape Canaveral, Florida. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
