He was predeceased by : his parents, Marshall Dallas and Irene Harlan (Wiegmann); and his brother James Harlan. He is survived by : his sister-in-law Kay Harlan (West) of Claremore, Oklahoma; his nephew Chad (Tina Franzen); his niece Jennifer Harlan; his great-nephew Logan; and also, Dallas Harlan of Indianola, Iowa and Nixon of Claremore.
