She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Swarm and Jack Swarm; her husband Frank Jay Allen Sr.; and her siblings, Jimmy Swarm and Donna Logsdon.

She is survived by: her children, Frank Allen Jr. (Debra) of Perry, Lorie Allen of Jamaica, Dennis Allen of Bagley, Ken Allen (Angie) of Ottumwa and Kenneth Jay Allen (Angie) of Ottumwa, IA; her grandchildren, Dale Allen of Wichita, KS, Denise Dorpinghaus (Bobby) of Coon Rapids, IA, Jennifer Lundgren (Craig) of Shenandoah, IA, Melissa Hudson (Chayse) of Angier, NC, Heather Barry (Pat) of Pisgah, IA, Joshua Allen (Ashley) of Wahawai, HI and Kenton Allen (Randi) of Ottumwa, IA; her great grandchildren, Jaydon Allen of El Paso, TX, Brooke Barnett of Missouri Valley, IA, Jacob of Pisgah, IA, Jason Barry of Pisgah, IA, Penny of Angier, NC, Roderick Hudson of Angier, NC, Brooklyn of Shenandoah, IA, Landon of Shenandoah, IA, Evelyn Lundgren of Shenandoah, IA and Joshua Jay Allen of Wahawai, HI; and her siblings, Jack Swarm Jr. (Jan), Mike Swarm, Curt Swarm (Ginnie), Sandy Scales and Angel Roan. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
