She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilber Moorhead and Fern Moorhead (Barker); her siblings, Derall Dean, Wanda Lucille and Merna; her husband John; and her great grandchild Christian Randall Zwiebel.
She is survived by : her children, Patrecia Emley (William) of Slater, Michael Hodges (Susan) of Marshalltown and Joy Barnhart (Alan) of Loveland, CO.; her grandson Troy Emley (Jordan) of Independence; her great grandchildren, Nolan, Elizabeth and Spencer; her grandson Greg Hodges (Carly) of Coralville; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Tyler; her grandson Jeff Hodges (Meghan) of Northbrook, IL; her great grandchildren, Bennett, Mollie and Kellan; her granddaughters, Stacie Kemp (Matt) of Chicago, IL and Carrie Difilippantonio (William) of Virginia Beach, VA; her great grandchildren, Kaila Lynch of Loveland and Christopher Lynch of Virginia Beach; and also, George and Elmira Barker.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be left to the Panora First Christian Church or to the discretion of the family.
