It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois Mellecker (Kalona, Iowa), born in Ames, Iowa, who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Jordan and Thelma Jordan; and her husband Leo Mellecker. She is survived by: her children, Karen Butterbaugh (Scott), Terri Doehrmann (Dave), Keith Mellecker (Brenda) and Hills; and her grandchildren, Joe Butterbaugh, Alison Butterbaugh, Melissa Orris (Kollin) of Washington, Paul Doehrmann (Olivia) and Joscelin Doehrmann.

Memorial donations can be made to The Bird House, Hills First Responders and St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
