He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Arlene Zeigler (Severson); his brothers, Jim Zeigler and Wayne Zeigler; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Zeigler, Eugene Wood and Gary Meyer.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Zeigler of Kanawha; his children, Dennis Zeigler (Barb) of Newell, Aaron Zeigler (Amy), Drake, Natalie, Melissa French (Travis), Zoey, Max, Doug Zeigler (Jan), Josh Zeigler (Jessie), Jude, Jett, Jace, Justin Zeigler (Lindsey), Jackson, Ryan, Jacob and Danny Zeigler (Pam) of Urbandale; his grandchildren, Jamie Froehlich (Curtis), Conner and Aidan; his daughter Lyn Candor (Todd) of Merrill; his grandchildren, Tyler Candor (Holly), Adley, Tate, Kendall Candor (Kennedy), Emery, Beau and Keaton Candor (Annie); his siblings, Hazel Wood, Merlin Zeigler (Marilyn), Mardell Meyer, David Zeigler and Joan Boeck (Charlie); and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Zeigler and Mary Zeigler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ewing Funeral Home (118 E 2nd St, Kanawha, IA 50447). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Kanawha United Methodist Church (402 N Main St, Kanawha, IA 50447). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Amsterdam Township Cemetery.
