She is survived by: her close friend Ronald Putzstuck of Kanawha; her daughter Sybil Johnson (Kent) of Kanawha; her grandchildren, Kalib Johnson (Cassie) of Kanawha, Kourtney Formanek (Nick) of Britt and Kealey Johnson of Kanawha; her great grandchildren, Kade, Kam Johnson and Karsyn Formanek; her brother Mike Anderson (Mary) of Britt; and her sister-in-law Cindy Anderson of Garner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
