She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph and Trena Abels (Ohden); her brothers, Dirk (Esther), Eugene (Dorothy), Earnest (Doris) and Ralph Jr.; and her brother-in-law Richard Berleen.

She is survived by : her sister Dorothy Berleen (Abels). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
