He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Coovert and Ival Richardson Coovert; and his grandsons, Jeff Coovert and Dillon Summers. He is survived by: his wife Edith Davis; and his children, Keith Coovert (Shelda Wrieden) of Keokuk, Bob Coovert (Judy) of Warsaw, MO, Carol Duncan of Keokuk and Patty Jo Reiss (Randy) of Keokuk. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
