He is survived by: his former wife Diana Swinderman; his son Ryan Foulkes (Christopher Fleming) of Iowa City, Iowa; his siblings, Caitlin Allbright (Robert) of Austin, Craig Foulkes (Dedria Arnold) of Roseville and Cindy Foulkes of Hamilton, Illinois; his nephews, Brett Burich (Leslie), Brian Foulkes (Michelle) and Ben Burich; and his niece Nicole Wray (Clint).
