She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmer Hartsburg and Marjorie Buck Hartsburg; her husband Michael Eugene Newlan; and her brothers, Dallas and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Casey McGann of Burlington, Nicole Coward (Steve) of Burlington and Clayton Newlan (Amanda) of Colusa, IL; her grandchildren, Noah, Ethan, Olivia, Liam McGann, Rayne, Raidyn, Stevyn, Jacey Coward, Aubrey, Miah Newlan, Allen, Tyler Whittemore, Mikala Tranter and Clayton Newlan, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Madison and Zachariah Moreno; and her brothers, Dean Hartsburg of Keokuk, Doug Hartsburg of Trenton, IA and Dan Hartsburg (Julie) of Trenton, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
