He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn E. Felgar and Martha Bettisworth Felgar; his spouse Shirley Hanks; his stepmother Fairy Odean; his siblings, Norma Jean Felgar, Madeline Jean Felgar, Judy Lewig, Vance Felgar and Clair Felgar; his parents-in-law, William and Velma Hanks; and his brothers-in-law, William Hanks, Jerry Hanks and Robert Hanks.
He is survived by: his children, William Felgar (Deborah) of Keokuk and Kimberlee Harper of Quincy; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Felgar, Brian Clark (Kayla), Thomas Felgar (Stefanie), Andrew Harper and Matthew Harper; his great grandchildren, Braedyn, Kinley, Bailey Clark, Addison and Emerson Felgar; his siblings, Robert Felgar (Martha) of Madison, AL, Lynn Felgar, Jr. (Ginny) of Warsaw, Stanley Felgar (Brenda) of Argyle and Mary Woodworth of Nauvoo; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Hanks of Keokuk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
