He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Sr. Lutzen and Phyllis Irene Randall Lutzen; and his brothers, David Lutzen, Jerome "Jerry" Lutzen and Randall "Randy" Lutzen.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Joan Taylor Arrowood; his children, Chris Lutzen (Princeton), Cody Lutzen of Keokuk and Dana Buckler (David) of Mercer, MO; and his stepsons, Jason Arrowood (Chris) of Keokuk and Tony Arrowood (Misty) of Keokuk. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and cousins.
