He was predeceased by: his parents, William Briscoe and Doris Biddenstadt Briscoe; and his son Jamey W. Briscoe. He is survived by: his spouse Robin Baxter; his daughter Amanda Lewis (Donny Jr.) of Keokuk; his grandchildren, Devin Lewis of Keokuk and Drew Lewis (Mikelle) of Keokuk; his great grandchild Abel Lewis; his siblings, Judy Fromi (Jon) of Freeport, IL, Jeri Brownlee (Dave) of Warsaw, IL, Lora Comstock (Randy) of Alta Loma, CA, Tim Briscoe (Vicki) of Keokuk and Gary Briscoe (Norma) of Keokuk; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Vera Baxter of Highland, IN. He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Keokuk Animal Services or to the family.
