She was predeceased by: her father Foster Jewel; her siblings, Melissa Watts, Debbie Wall and Scott Watts; her grandparents, Robert, Bessie Williams and Mary Watts; her uncle Mike Williams; her aunts, Judy Bryant and Bonnie Williams; her cousins, Dianna Wall and Micky Williams; and her niece Heather Poore.
She is survived by: her mother Carole Sue Williams Watts; her children, Jessica Burgess (Chase Taylor) of Keokuk, Sara Burgess of Quincy, IL, Joshua Burgess of Carthage, IL, Gage Burgess (Alexis Murphy) of Carthage, IL, Isaac Burgess of Carthage, IL and Dega Burgess of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Kylee Cramsey, Katie Cramsey, Aiden Burgess, Keith Burgess and Julie; her siblings, Michael Watts (Tina) of Louisville, KY, Melody Poore (Ron) of Yorkville, IL and Todd Watts (Clara) of Ft. Madison, IA.; and also, Adam Davis, Maddie, Sheila Williams Stark, Megan Watts (Merle), Chris Williams Anderson, Bobby Williams, Kevin Williams (Kathy), Vicky Seubert (Chuck), Linda Perea and Anita Gunn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vigen Memorial (1328 Concert St, Keokuk, IA 52632). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
