He is survived by: his parents, Robert Boltz and Kathleen Washburn Boltz of Keokuk; his wife Christine Hatfield of Keokuk; his children, Randi Helenthal of Keokuk, Vanessa Gray (Britten) of Kahoka, MO and Brandon Boltz (Corey) of San Antonio, TX; his stepchildren, John Melcher of Keokuk and Jennifer Melcher of New London, IA.; his grandchildren, Lane, Izaak, Mallie Gray, Bentley Melcher, Camden McCredie, John Patrick Wheeler and Brianna Barker; and his siblings, Robert Boltz of Quincy, IL, Roy Boltz (Janet) of Kahoka, MO, John Boltz of Keokuk, Theresia Harmon (Jim) of Keokuk and Tammy High (Keith) of Keokuk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions on mass gatherings there will be a limit of ten people in the funeral home at one time with social distancing guidelines in effect.
Memorials may be made to his son, Brandon Boltz for expenses.
