She is survived by: her husband George Worster; her children, Jackie Allen of Keokuk, David Allen (Mandee) of Hamilton, Jennifer Bourgeois (Ryan) of Kahoka, MO and Ashley Manning (Shad) of Agency, IA; her grandchildren, Darren Blickhan and Aiden Bourgeois; her sisters, Nancy Nixon of Keokuk, Janice Nixon of Keokuk, Susan Stambach (Stan) of Nauvoo, IL, Libby Wigginton (James) of Keokuk and Kim Hardy (Tim) of Keokuk; her aunt Bev Abrahams of West Point, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Arlene Kinkeade (Lonnie) of Keokuk, Judy Wilson (Sam) of Donnellson, IA and Jim Worster, Jr. of Kahoka, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
