He is survived by: his parents, Steven Spoores and Jaley Bush; his sisters, Emberley Spoores and Haylee Spoores; his grandparents, Steven Spoores (Dawn) of Keokuk, Jamie Bush of Nauvoo, IL and Shelley Bush (Steve) of Alexandria, MO.; his aunt Stephanie Adams (Justin); his uncles, Samuel Spoores (Stephanie), Andrew Boyer (Kayla), Ian Mullens and Corby Bush (Emalie); his great-grandparents, Sonja Bush, Vickie Marshall and Lois Mlyniec; and his cousins, Wyatt, Atlas, Carter, Zeke, Alexa, Maci, Paisley, Kaedyn, Kynslee and Isla.
