She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Latimer and Gladys L. Latimer (Copenhaver); her children, Dale Welker and DeeAnn Davis; and her great grandchild Shelby Welker.
She is survived by: her sons, Merle Welker (Susan) of Keokuk and Chad Welker of Rushville; her daughter-in-law Brenda Welker of Canton; her grandchildren, Brian Welker, Chris Davis (Krista), Brad Welker, Megan Welker, Mitchell Welker (Katie) and Heather Land; and her great grandchildren, Allison Welker, Issac, Zachary Welker, Logan Parriott, Wyatt Barnes and Christian Knowel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
