He is survived by : his wife Freda Spiker; his children, Randy Spiker of Douds, Iowa, Anthony Spiker of Douds, Iowa, Daniel Spiker (Faith) of Douds, Iowa, Audria Thomas (Kevin) of Fairfield, Twilla Baird (Tim) of Fairfield, Rebecca Goudy (Curt) of Douds and Samantha Spiker of Douds, Iowa; his grandchildren, Amber, Samuel, Michael, Danielle, Ian, Hunter, Anna, Andrew, Jessica, Sawyer, Sophie, Carolyn, Kylie, Riley, Lexy, Tyler and Evan; and his siblings, Georgia Ann Varner (Kenneth) of Camanche, Iowa and Michael Spiker of Montrose, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to be designated at a later date.
