He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Davis of Keosauqua; his children, Mark Malachosky of Pennsylvania and April Jefferson (Kerry) of California; his brother Tim Malachosky; and his grandchildren, Evan, Emily Malachosky, Sharmaine, Kerry Jr. and Antoine Jefferson. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
