He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Huffman and Verna Mae McCarty Coleman; and his siblings, Carol Douthart, Connie Allen, William M. Douthart Jr. and Terry Coleman.

He is survived by : his siblings, Donald Coleman of Michigan, Ronald Coleman of Minnesota and Linda Douthart (Rick Cole) of Centerville. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
