It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Schipper (Kesley, Iowa), who passed away on February 12, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Conrad Schipper and Reka Schipper (Marks); his daughter Connie; his grandson Levi Buseman; his great grandchild Aiden Buseman; and his brothers, Joe, Fred, Larry, Ronnie and Roger.
He is survived by : his wife Frances Berends; his children, Terry Schipper of Alton, Craig Schipper of Ankeny, Cindy Dobbs (Steve) of Janesville and Janet Johnson (Jim) of Aplington; his grandchildren, Jeremy Schipper (Larscina), Blake Schipper (Toni), Nicole DeMoss (Aaron), Kyle Schipper, Justin Buseman (Missy), Travis Buseman (Heather), Lacee Schipper, Abigail Johnson and Lincoln Johnson; his siblings, George C. Schipper (Lois) of Gladbrook, Robert Schipper (Eunice) of Kesley, Vern Schipper (Mattie) of Mansfield, Texas and Sharon Schneiderman (Doyle) of Parkersburg; and his sisters-in-law, Esther Schipper of Parkersburg, Marcia Schipper of Kesley, Karen Karsjens of Aplington and Delores Christophel (Rich) of Aplington. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
