He was predeceased by : his parents, William Porsch and Geneva Porsch (Richardson). He is survived by : his sister Karen Hansen; his niece Tonya Vakulskas (Jeff); and his great-nephews, Jesse, Kelsey and Jake Vakulskas.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Lutheran Church (406 Main St, Kingsley, IA 51028). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kingsley Cemetery.
