He is survived by : his former life partner Beverly J. Chambers; his children, Deborah Jean and Steven Duane; his wife Jean VandeKamp; his children, Steve VandeKamp (Tay) of Knoxville and Deb Goodnight (Gary) of Melbourne; his brother Dean VandeKamp of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Matthew (Bev), Jill (Donnie), Kristi, Josh (Suzanne), Jennifer (Joe), Jeremy (Melissa), Staci, Stephanie (Austin) and Tiffany (Remington); his stepgrandson Josh; his great grandchildren, Noah (Sydney), Nik, Liam, Tucker, Braxton, Rylyn, Maddy, Emmy, Gemma and Kolter; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Karalee, Jessen, Joe, Cora and Brynnley.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Bill's memory to Community of Christ Church and WesleyLife Hospice.
