He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel J. Neifert and Mable Augusta Neifert (Robuck). He is survived by: his wife Helen Goemaat; his son Carl of Winterset; his granddaughter Sara Parks (Forrest) of San Antonio, Texas; his great grandchildren, Kyle, Kaitlyn and Kirsten Parks; and his sister Louise Galvin of Wisconsin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gullion Cemetery or to the Attica United Methodist Church.
