He is survived by : his siblings, Stacey Kauzlarich (Galen) of Lacona, Valerie Olivier (Dale Wondisford) of Orlando, FL and Justin Olivier (Autumn) of Las Vegas, NV; his nieces and nephews, Abby Pothoven, Jaiden Olivier, Ayla Wondisford, Nathaniel Olivier and Austin Wondisford; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Hubbard of Iowa City, Don Olivier (Mary) of Pella, Larry Olsthoorn (Nancy) of Newburgh, IN, Gary Kingery (Carol), Linda Lambert, Steve Kingery (Judy), Judy Pitt (Mike), Carol Pearson (Danny) of Knoxville and Renee Wallace (Rob) of Hamilton.
