He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Betty Yearous, John and Jennie Provenzano. He is survived by: his parents, Roy F. Provenzano and Barbara J. Provenzano (Yearous); his wife Rocket Turtle; his former wife Diana Cassaro; his sister Sadie (Provenzano); his brother-in-law Mike Richmond; his grandfather Charles Yearous (Charlotte); and his in-laws, Joe and Linda Cassaro.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Living Word Fellowship (321 E Robinson St, Knoxville, IA 50138). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be designated at a later date.
