He is survived by: his mother Frances Joan Jones (Stephens); his wife Pam Johnson; his son Zach; his sisters, Judith Foreman (Brian) of Parker and Suzanne Morgan of Knoxville; and his siblings' children, Drew Morgan of Knoxville, Nathan Foreman of London, Joel Foreman of Colorado and Natalie Morgan of Knoxville.
