She was predeceased by : her mother Carolyn Frederick. She is survived by : her father Norman Frederick of Knoxville; her children, Gregg Bensink of Pleasantville and Melissa Bensink of Portland; and her siblings, Diane Miller (Jim) of Pleasant Hill, Larry Frederick (June) of Knoxville and Ken Frederick (Joanna) of Des Moines. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and cousins.
