He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Blewitt and Mary Blewitt (Frances); and his sister Beverly Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Blewitt of Knoxville; his children, Debbie Dron of Knoxville and Raymond Blewitt, Jr. (Angela) of Enid, Oklahoma; his sister Wanda Wineberger; his grandchildren, Sarah Dron, Stephanie Harper (Jeremy), Ashton Blewitt (Bo Kent), Haley Spaulding (Dylan) and Nicholas Blewitt; and his great grandchild Charlotte.

Memorials may be given in Raymond's memory to Alzheimer's Association or Disabled Veterans.
