He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Waters (Bertie) and Mabel Ewing Waters; his wife Barbara Waters (Beeler); his daughters, Kelly Cain (Waters), Kristine Alfstad (Waters) and Kris (David Alfstad); his grandchildren, Molly, Daniel, Erin, Kate, Colleen Cain and Cassandra Alfstad; and also, Mary Ann Corcoran (Charlie), Margaret Bengston (Brian), Regina Waters, Robert Waters and Vincent Waters.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, Steve's family will not be present during visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Steve's memory to Knoxville Community Chorus and St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
