She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Kraft and Dorothy Kraft (Main). She is survived by: her husband Jeff Blair of Lake City, IA; her children, Chris Blair (Jenn) of Rockwell City, IA, Branden "JT" Blair of Lake City, IA, Noel Blair (Deven) of Lake City, IA and Corey Blair (Alissa) of Treynor, IA; her grandchildren, Ethan, Emma, Evan, Silas, Sammy, Caleb, Tristan, Noah, Autumn, Caidah and Graysen; and her siblings, Diane Shivers of Rockwell City, IA, Kathy Weiss (Dave) of Rockwell City, IA, Dan Kraft (Kandie) of Grand Junction, IA and Debbie Harrison of Hamburg, IA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorials to go to the annual 4th of July Blair Fireworks display in honor of Cindy.
